Today the WVFC was notified we were awarded
two grants totaling $103,345.00 through the Local Share Account Statewide (LSA) Grant Program. This program is funded through online gaming revenues.

These funds will be used with upgrading our vehicle exhaust extraction system, the purchase of battery operated positive pressure fans, and purchasing vehicle rescue equipment to replace outdated equipment.

We would like to thank Senator Chris Gebhard and State Representative Eric Weaknecht for their support as well as our municipal officials in Womelsdorf Borough and Heidelberg Township who supported our applications.
