Tanker 47

Tanker 47 is a 1989 International/4-Guys tanker that is equipped with a 500 gallon-per-minute PTO pump and a 2500-gallon water tank. This apparatus primarily responds to assist with water supply or manpower on all calls in our primary and mutual-aid areas.

It is equipped with (1) 200ft. pre-connected 1 3/4" attack line, 400ft. of 3" supply hose, and 8" rear discharge with side dump capabilities, 3000-gallon portable pond, 1800-watt portable generator, (2) 500-watt portable lights and numerous hand tools.

Tanker 47 replaced a 1972 International/Kari-Kool 2700-gallon tanker which was involved in a vehicle accident in October 1988 while responding to a shed fire.
