On Tuesday, December 12 at 2307 hours, the WVFC was requested on the 2nd alarm for a house fire at 111 Deck Dr. in Tulpehocken Twp. for a working house fire with confirmed entrapment, assisting the Keystone Fire Company of Rehrersburg.

Ladder, Engine, and Tanker 47 made the response and upon arrival were assigned to the rear and basement of the home to assist with searches and overhaul. During the incident a subject was located deceased in the home.

The WVFC cleared the scene three hours later.
