On Wednesday, July 26 at 0310 hours, Ladder 47 was dispatched on the first alarm assignment with several mutual-aid companies to assist the Mt. Pleasant Fire Co with a fully involved barn fire at 524 N. Garfield Rd. in Penn Twp.

Ladder 47 with 7 volunteers arrived on scene and set up for master stream operations with the ladder pipe and deck gun for several hours. Ladder 47 went available around 0600 hours.
