On Thursday, July 14 Ladder 47 was requested to assist the Newmanstown Fire Co. after a resident contacted them to report their fearless feline was stuck in a tree for almost two days. After setting up and clearing a way to position the ladder, several of our firefighters were able to successfully make the rescue after about an hour and return the kitty back to it's owner.
