| On Friday, March 27, at 130pm, the WVFC was dispatched on the 2nd alarm for a house fire at 389 Mountain Blvd in Wernersville Borough, assisting the Western Berks FD.
Ladder and Tanker 47 made the response, with this being the first call for Ladder 47 since being placed back in service after its refurbishment.
Upon arrival, Chief 47 was assigned as the Manpower Officer while WVFC volunteers assisted with various tasks on the fire-ground.
The WVFC was on scene for several hours until being released. |
