Sponsorship
Dear Community Member,
It is with great pleasure that the Womelsdorf Volunteer Fire
Company is announcing the creation of our website,
www.womelsdorffire.com.
We have signed an agreement with JAG Computer Services of
Robesonia, Pa to design, build, and host the website.
Several reasons exist for the fire company to have their own
site:

To provide information to the community about
the operations, members, and history of the department.

To provide photos and information of apparatus,
calls, and events as well as a calendar of upcoming events and
training for the Firehouse and Social Quarters.

To provide information on funding and educate the
community on how they can help the fire company.

To provide fire prevention tips and education.

To provide a store where merchandise such as
reflective signs, t-shirts, patches, and more can be purchased
to support the fire company.
With our desire to have a website comes the need
for paying for it. Though the fire department has committed to
fund this project, we are asking the community to assist us. As
a sponsor, you will help the fire company divert funding from
paying for the website to other important projects such as new
equipment, apparatus payments, and building maintenance such as
heating and electric bills. These items are where funding is
needed the most.
For only a minimum of $25.00 a year, your business, association,
group, or you as an individual, will have banner advertisement
on our home page. This banner will show a different sponsor when
a page is refreshed. Your sponsorship will also get a place on
our “sponsor page”. This page will show the community all that
have helped the website out with funding and will include
permanent space with the name, address, phone number, and
website address link if provided. Your logo or other artwork, if
provided in digital form, can be submitted though we cannot
guarantee that it can be put on the website. The full year of
sponsorship will begin the following month after the fire
company recieves payment and sponsor information.
If you would like to help, please fill out the sponsorship form
included with this letter. Though the fire company is only
asking a minimum of $25.00 a year, you can give any amount over
$25.00. It would be very much appreciated. If there are any
